1-night arrangement for a room single use: € 525,-

1-night arrangement for sharing a double room: € 485,-

2-nights arrangement for a room single use: € 625,-

2-nights arrangement for sharing a double room: € 555,-

  • Including pea soup/stamppot dinner, snacks during bowling night, drinks during poster session, conference dinner and party night

Note: If you chose the arrangement with sharing a room, you will be asked upon registration to fill in the name of the person you will be sharing with.

Master students

If you are a master student and want to attend the conference with or without presentation please contact the conference secretariat at info@bme2023.nl

Note: Msc. students have to show their student card when they register at the conference registration desk and share rooms with fellow students.

Green pea soup & Stamppot on January 25, 2023

As all years before you can join the Green pea & Stampot dinner in Beach Restaurant Nautilus (25 meters behind Hotel Zuiderduin). You can sign in at the registration form.

In Hotel Zuiderduin all rooms have either double or twin beds, a shower or bath and internet connection. The hotel restaurant is prepared to accommodate special dietary requests. Other facilities in the hotel are indoor pool, sauna, squash court, beauty parlour, hairdresser, fitness centre, bistro pub.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations made before December 15, 2022 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between December 15, 2021 and January 15, 2023 will receive a full refund, less a € 100,- administration fee. No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2023. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.  

In case we have to cancel the conference due to Covid-19 measures from the government, we will refund the fee and hotel costs to your account minus €  25,- administration costs.
